yes... Thank you 'YOU', i do know ur identity but anyway...
had a talk with Kay Fong last night on the bus... about student leadership in VS now... cuz he din sign up for SL...
well... VS is realli going down... with our 'undescribable' juniors and student leaders of our batch who simply want the SHIRT... and the 'AUTHORITY'... so un-victorian...
what can we do? about this fast-vanishing victorian spirit as they call it? where is it now? at the time we nid it most, it chooses to vanquish itself...
been multi-tasking between school work and commitments now... im coping quite well... just have to wait for the results...
was just thinking that once the Sec 3s now leave the school, will VS still stand at where it is now...
Scouts having juniors that cant pioneer and cook outdoors properly... two most unique and important skills... and no talents in their batch except for 2 or 3 exceptionals... cant cook, cant think, cant 'scout'... guess we'll have to realli start living and leaving a legacy... or else VS is doomed...
every CCA is facing that problem now... rich or stuck-up kids who rebel and are rude, act big but scared of pain, dirt, fire(in our case) and fatigue...
Juniors... you guys realli dun noe what ur seniors us have face... and that itself is serious... u arent lightening our burden one bit... we have to worry for you and ourselves...
i think the essential bit here is that u guys *generally* lack initiative and common sense... thats a BIG problem...
amidst all the successes some people are getting... yet the school still has a dark future ahead... no light at the end of that tunnel now...
Juniors out there... especially sec 2s...
Its time to wake up, get serious, get initiative and common sense now...by not screwing up ure alrdy lightening our burden... its not easy being seniors, ull soon find out...
and quoting adriel...
the 'shit' flows from the top to the bottom of the pipe... the top are ur teachers, leaders etc... seniors are in the middle... we get it and it just passes along...so ur have to understand that... and u happen to be at the bottom...
give us less trouble.. and we'll give u less hell...
its that too much to ask? im glad that some of u are doing that now... but its not working... teamwork is wat comes in here...
to the sec 1s... stop that discrimination alrdy... nvr thought of urself as that person... joking is alrite... but theres a limit and a line to everything... its not all that funny when ure the one getting 'ostracised'...
and joel... enough is enough...
also one more thing to all juniors out dere... a very IMPORTANT point...
at the end of the day... we're still ur seniors and u cant do anything abourrit...
u have to show us that basic respect in order for us to treat u proper... and bear in mind that even if we're close to you at times, you should nvr take advantage of that and that we're not on the same level as u guys...
one more thing... you people should start learning to differentiate between orders and requests...
when we give u a 'rhetorical statement', a command or order, ur to folo and not question unless deres a dam good reason for it...
