Emo.

The good and the bad.

There is a DIFFERENCE.

Like black and white.

One is a samaritan, the other? A demon.

The former helps you, as the latter engulfs you.

And the ones that really suffer always seem to be the people around.

Or is it?

It hurts to be emo.

Yet it's a privilege.

Emo should never be a word that is misused or abused.

There's a nice sweet side in it too.

But as dumb and shallow MOST HUMANS ARE, they simply perceive emo as evil.

GOOD Emo can be a shield, preventing others from inflicting damage, mental or spiritual.

GOOD Emo can be a house, locking you up. And the good thing is, you are alone.

You can be who you are, no holds barred, and reflect, think, understand things.

To me, it's definitely not about slitting your wrists. That's pure foolish.

GOOD Emo can be a friend, for it never leaves you, never hate you, never treat you bad.

GOOD Emo is sacred, for few can portray the good emo.

What is GOOD Emo?

It's that nice, emotional, pure, untainted side of people. It's that fickle energy that lies in every being. It may be shy, but its stronger than it looks. IT brings out inner truth to everything.

When you listen to a song, and you want to cry for it being sincere and honest and REAL, that is GOOD Emo to you.

When you hear something said, and it strikes you, and you think deeper, one the pure side, that's GOOD Emo to you.

But whatever. Any people don't really care nowadays. Just dumb and shallow.

'Yes, I understand the urgency of the catastrophe that has heightened the world's awareness. It is not no longer considered a sideline issue among the many resolutions the UN and superpowers must pass. It is no longer a mundane topic only raised by Greenpeace and the environmentalists. It is now considered hip and cool to be environmentally friendly.

It is cool to be using your own reusable bag when you shop at supermarkets. It is cool to drink with a reusable bottle. It is cool to bathe with cold water. Because everyone is doing that. Cameron Diaz, Linkin Park, Madonna, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, James Blunt, John Legend, Keane, the Pussycat Dolls and whoever else is on the list of Live Earth performers, promoters, is doing that.

We love Earth because they love Earth. We don't love Earth because we love Earth.

How many times has Greenpeace fought for your support? How many times have you received emails from them trying to get you to save our Earth? How many times have you actually gone to the Greenpeace website?

And now Al Gore brings in his troupe of famous people to all the cool places in the world and we go gaga wearing "I LOVE EARTH" tees.

This is our generation, people. We got no spine.'

It's that grave, isn't it?
