Approach:

Cheapest way possible.

Apparatus:

One cutting board and one penknife. For clean straight cuts.

Eraser (and pencil not featured). For drafting.

Scissors. For cutting other lines. Ruler. Length to preference for measurement.

Compass and pencil. Drawing huge circles.

Glue, wet or dry to preference. And that cool 'crumpy' paper for making 'frame'.

3 A3 papers. Colour of choice.

Vanguard size paper, colour of choice.

Procedure:

1:

Cut the cool 'crumpy' paper (CCP) into strips that suit the vanguard paper (VP) length.

Make sure the width is equal on both sides of paper cos you fold it in half.

2:

Gluing the CCP to the VP. Which is probably the hardest of the whole preparation.

Put weights on top. The stuff I placed as shown below weren't enough, so I gave up and put the cutting board there and stand on top. Worked miraculously. =)

3:

Draw main characters. Use compass for LARGE circles.

Here's where ZIG markers come in well.

4:

Same steps for all the stuff you see below.

5:

Attempt to arrange in the 'nicest' way. And cut names.

6:

Finalise! And glue.

Precaution to take:

EXTRA glue. The wet glue ran out. =.="
