Finally, all that mental stress, lump of *toot* *toot* *toot* is gone from this place. And it left a nice little scar called memory. Isn't that cool?
Finally, i'm ready to face yet another lump of *toottoot* heading in my face, as the EOYs get nearer. Hope i can get that cleared too. And hoping that does not get messy.
Exhausted. Tired. Muddle-headed. What can i say?
The campfire of a lifetime, viewing it from another perspective has never been this thrilling. Though i didn't say it was good but its was hell-damn-toot experience. Thanks to my 'ever-so-lovely' co-emcee Ziyad, we pulled through. In fact he's good.
Preparation was crazy, as usual, don't mention it, starting on friday. Although my only real focus was souvenir and script, considering the rest were handling the rest. I just had to oversee the passive side of things while Changda was at the active side. We had our roles, the admin and the saikang.
First the friday was spent printing booklets and stapling them, while Ziyad and I stressed infront of the computer thinking of how to introduce ridiculous songs like eppo. We had really lame lines, some deliberate...
S: Did you hear that?
Z: I heard a quack.
S: It's the three little ducks!
That was meant to insult other schools for using stories to introduce songs.
Some by circumstances...
Z: The TKGS will be presenting their dance entitled 'Shut Up By'.
Luckily they changed it to 'Shake'.
Some out of desperation...
S: How are you feeliing right now?
Z: Just like i'm on the top of the world.
S: That reminds me of a song! Top of the world by the Carpenters.
Some pure... stupid.
S: Ouch. What was that?
Z: It was a... (Flea Fly Mosquito)
Then the next day was photo printing, where Ziyad and I had to 'rush' out to Marine Terrace to get the souvenir photos printed.
We spent like more than an hour there, as the guy 'photoshop'-ed our pictures made on paint. Paint sucks toot. Finally printed, we had our lunch and headed back. Only to find that everyone was...
Out for lunch. So then we had to present our draft script to WB, before going down to edit. With an extra editing for Ziyad to sing 'Home' by Kit Chan.
Off to rest a while.
Back later... =D
