Times are changing.
Progress is needed, now more than ever, to 'save' what tradition has developed.
Tradition must be upheld. But isn't it time to start new traditions? What must be kept should be kept. What can be changed should be changed.
We can't stay stagnant and say 'One day. VS will reach greater heights. One day.'
When will that day come?
We need to revise what we have done, and reassess the situation. Maintaining is not good enough. Minimal improvement should not be a call for celebration.
The boards have to work, as one, no doubt. But we need more than just participation. We need commitment, passion, involvement, to fulfill what has been discussed and realise what has been envisioned.
Less but FULLY COMMITTED people is much better than More but UNINTERESTED people.
Those who are unwilling, from any of the 3 boards, to participate in the initiatives to come, perhaps it is better to let others know earlier. It is not a time for 'dillydallying'. The moment the HMT O's are gone, it shall be full speed ahead to accomplish our hopes for VS.
So please, if you have no interest, or lack commitment, inform the liaisons for LEAD! It would help alot. No one will blame you or anything. We would be glad you had informed earlier.

Well, there are many mistakes people make in life. There are many chances given. THere are many apologies. And it takes a real person to admit his/her mistake. Great men have done so, why not me? =D
Yes, if anyone is wondering who 'Screams From Hell' is, the one who tagged at Bingyu's blog, that's me. Rash mistakes i made, to people i have offended out there, i am sorry.
But more importantly, if Bingyu is reading this, I am sorry to have caused any emotional hurt towards you, and i apologise now for the mistake i have made. I have learnt my lesson, and let this not affect the relations between MC and PB, i suppose they have many years of working together in the future.

It's funny how life twists, the big wheel of 'fortune' spins, maybe not funny, tragic and unexpected fits better.
