Highest leaders.

It's funny how the "highest" leaders in school are the ones whom are either not bothered or late in submitting applications for roles which they can play in order to "improve" the school as they have promised in their five minutes of stage time.

Maybe they think that being the "highest" alone is good enough.

Or maybe the role that they can apply for is too insignificant or unworthy of them.

I defend the role and say that its the people who take up the role that make the role into what it is, and not that the role itself is dispensable.

Whatever the case, this gives us space to think about these "highest" leaders.
